The ProDrivers Team


Gary

Gary is one of our in vehicle instructors. He has many years driving experience and is real gentle spirit. He has a world of experience driving tractor trailers in all kinds of situations. He is an ICBC certified Class 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5/7 instructor. Gary is also one of our classroom instructors and teaches Truck Theory, Air Brakes and TDG/Whims. Gary is our chief car instructor and does the DORE assessments. You will find Gary at our trade shows. Stop by and say hi if he is there.


Doug

Doug’s focus is in the trucks delivering in town lessons and the Advanced Mountain Training. He has a very significant background in the mountains and in the winter running the heaviest of the 8 axle trucks including logging trucks and 140,000 lb Super B’s. He is an ICBC certified Class 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5/7 Instructor. Doug now has his Air Brakes Instructors and will be delivering Air Brake courses as well as other Classroom courses.


Jorg

Jorg is our first instructor who took his initial Driver Training for his Class 1 with us. He has several years experience running six axel Tractor Trailers in the mountains. He too has his Class 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5/7 Instructors license as well as his Air Brakes Instructors  and his GLP.


Rayette

Rayette is our Office Manager and takes care of all things in the front office as well as supporting our Instructors, Commercial driving students, booking courses, working with funding agencies and making sure the “Train runs on time”. She helps completed students in their job search.


Tammy

Tammy is our receptionist and on the front line. She does a great job of making sure communications are handled correctly and on time. Call her if you need to book an Air Brakes course and car training.


Rocky

Rocky opened the doors at ProDrivers in Oct 2003. He worked for the previous owner for a year before buying the company and has been teaching in Cranbrook since the fall of 2002. Before that he taught Commercial Driving in Victoria at the same school he got his Instructors license from. He has been teaching trucks since 2001. He got his class one license at Mount Royal College in Alberta in 1978. As all of our Instructors, he has many years in the mountains driving in all kinds of weather conditions in all kinds of different trucks and trailers. He is an ICBC certified Class 1, 2, 3, 4, 5/7 Instructor and also a Certified Air Brakes Instructor and ICBC assessment officer plus has his GLP and Truck Theory endorsement. Rocky helps out where it is most needed at that moment but mostly stays out of the way and lets the crew do their excellent work.
